  • Saying Goodbye to Ms. Daisy

    May 27, 2015

daisyWe're sad to say that we lost one of the dearest members of our pack a few days ago and surely everyone that frequents the Escape knew this sweet lady. Her name was Daisy and she came from a wonderful family of 3 Boxers who spent most weekdays with us . Daisy was the eldest of the family with a daughter "Doc" and a grandson named "Chip" (yes you read that correctly, 3 generations). Daisy was a beautiful soul, who always helped comfort even the most timid dog...s. We'll miss her adorable old lady face and the way her shaky bark could wake the kennel room even from the lobby. She was always on alert (a great front door watch dog) and was still ready to run down the halls as fast as possible, even during her last few days. She'll be greatly missed by not only her sweet mother, Miss Debbie, but by the entire Eastman family, the Escape Staff and all of her playmates. We'll miss you old gal. We know you and Bailey are in doggie heaven watching over us all. We love you forever. Rest in peace.

  • Welcome Peter Stewart

    May 27, 2015

We'd like everyone to welcome Peter to our family at the Escape.  He recently graduated from Bishop Moore High School and will be with us on a part-time basis throughout the summer.  The Eastman girls are working hard to make sure he becomes a integral part of the pack during his time with us, and we're sure he'll give everyone's puppies the same love and care he did for his own over the years.

  • Memorial Day Success

    May 27, 2015

The Memorial Day weekend proved to be a rousing success for both the staff of Eastman's Escape and their guests.  Everyone had a wonderful time with family and friends as they observed a day set aside for remembering those who gave their life in service of this great country.  Our overnight guests enjoyed some playtime, rest and relaxation, and a bit of reflective quiet time with old and new friends alike.  The staff was able to enjoy the time off by visiting local theme parks, eating out, and viewing a few good movies with family.

We all look forward to an equally successful 4th Of July Holiday and we hope you choose to bring your pets in for a visit so that you can enjoy some quiet time without having to worry about feeding times, potty breaks, and play time.  Let us worry about it for you.
